Happiness Comes from Thinking Better
Aug 19, 2024This is one of my Monday Morning Serenity Session videos where I talk about The Three Principles (briefly) which are Mind, Consciousness, and Thought.
Also, I address how we might find more happiness in life if we slow down to notice our thinking, how it affects our emotions, and how we have choices in responding to these thoughts. This is where action comes from. We create with our thinking.
Happiness is understanding how the mind works and working with the mind to create more of what we want and not what we don't want. We do have some control!
