What are some of the challenges you face?

Life Has its challenges.

You may or may not benefit from a coaching experience right now; however, you might know someone who could use some support.

I want to share some of the experiences I have had coaching people, so that when you run across someone that needs support, you know whether or not I might be able to help them.

Some of the clients who have come to me have experienced the following:

  • A mother was in grief over the loss of her daughter.  She felt guilty and responsible for her daughter's death.

While coaching with me, she was able to find some peace, let go of that guilt, truly believe that she had done nothing wrong, and move forward with her life.

  • A young woman in her twenties was making a big move.  She had fears and anxiety and she wondered if she could actually make the move.

During our time together, she was able to release her fears and her anxiety, and was able to move with confidence.  She is happy in her new environment and is grateful for the support she received during that time.

  • One man spent 22 years in prison for a violent crime.  While in prison, he got an education and grew as a human being.  He utilized his potential while incarcerated.  When released, he had a lot of catching up to do in society.  Since then, he has made of lot of progress and continues to improve his life daily.  However, he still struggles with feelings of inadequacy.

While coaching with me, he has been able to appreciate how far he has come, and is developing more confidence in who he is around other people.  He loves having a coach to  guide him in managing his thoughts.  He is experiencing a lightness in his being, and is more comfortable sharing his thoughts and feelings with others now.

  • A woman who reached out to me was certain she needed a career change.  She struggled with thoughts of inferiority and not being good enough in her position.

After our work together, it turned out she just needed some new and truthful thoughts about herself.  She has continued to thrive in her position as a project manager in a male dominated industry.

  • One woman who was referred to me was struggling with serious self-esteem, and feeling pretty unloved.

Through our coaching together, she overcame many of her negative thoughts and feelings about herself and others.

  • A father I coached was struggling with an impending empty nest situation and some issues in his relationship with his spouse.

During our work together, he began to realize that he can be in acceptance of his daughter's growth and learn how to love his wife better.

  • Another woman I coached was anxious about spending the holidays with her family because of the expectations of certain family members.

Through coaching with me, she was able to  approach the holidays with a clear mind and open heart, and ended up enjoying all the time with her family.

The Problems People Have

One of the biggest problems people have is with their relationships...their relationships with their spouse, significant other, mother, father, sibling, co-worker, children and even strangers.  Coaching can help improve, smooth, and move into healthier relationships.

Another problem people have is making decisions.  They may not be in touch with their intuition.  This can result in decisions that have negative consequences.  Coaching can help people reach their inner guru more often, which results in decisions with more positive outcomes.

Some people are simply unhappy or unfulfilled.  They feel a lack of purpose and meaning.  Coaching can help them determine what they are thinking, feeling and doing that results in their unhappiness.  With that information, purpose and meaning can be realized fairly easily.

Heath and wellness can be a problem for some people.  Coaching can help a person understand how they can improve their lives one small habit at a time.

Financial health can be another problem.  Some people haven't figured out how money works and they end up being in debt and always stressed out about money.  Coaching can help people understand how they think about money, why they think what they do about money, and how they can view money in a different light, resulting in more control over finances.

Stress and anxiety are huge problems for people today. We are lacking compassion for ourselves and are trying to keep up with society that results in poor mental and physical health.  Coaching can help put life into perspective and result in a more calm and peaceful existence.
